Candidates must carry the following documents to the examination center:
- Admit Card: Printed copy of the UPSC CMS Admit Card 2025 (preferably in color)
- Photo ID Proof: Original and valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport)
- PwD Certificate: Original and photocopy of PwD Certificate (if applicable)

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
- A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
- Candidates who have passed the final qualifying examination (MBBS) for obtaining the services of a registered medical practitioner from a recognized medical institution.
